The wedding will take place at Upthorpe Wood, Readings Lane, Upthorpe, Suffolk, IP31 2AP
Please use 'Upthorpe Wood' on Google Maps rather than using the postcode for directions.
The What3Words for the venue is riverbank.saga.angel - Free parking is available on site from 14:00. Your vehicle must be off site by 23:00. Vehicles that are not removed by that time will be locked in and subject to a call-out charge for access.
- Smoking and vaping is permitted but please only smoke in the dedicated areas and ensure no cigarette butts are left on the floor.
- Please don't bring your own alcohol, or any drugs on site.
- Children are not only welcome but encouraged, but please do keep an eye on them.
- Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
- In terms of dress code, please of course wear whatever you'd feel comfortable in, and while we're hoping it'll be a lovely warm day, it is the end of September and could get chilly in the evening so please do dress appropriately!

An at-table pizza buffet will be provided for all guests including side salads.
There will be 4 different vegetarian pizzas available (including Margherita). - A welcome drink will be provided for all guests after the ceremony. Following this all drinks are available to purchase from a cash bar onsite.

We will be hosting a 'Bake Off' and kindly request that all guests bring something they have made themselves (sweet or savoury), with a prize for the best.
P.S. Packet mix is absolutely allowed! - Please let us know about any dietary requirements on your RSVP form and we will ensure you are properly catered for.
- Later in the evening, marshmallows will be available for toasting on the firepit.
Gifts
- If you are minded to bring a gift, Jade and Josh would be grateful for money as they are saving up for a cargo bike for the school run!
